ECUADOR IN YOUR HANDS (5 Days any time)

Day 1. - Transfer In airport/hotel. Free day for personal activities. Overnight at a tourist class hotel.

Day 2. - Breakfast. Quito's city tour including a visit to the "Middle of the World" right on the Equatorial Line. Typical lunch. Overnight at a tourist class hotel.

Day 3. - Breakfast. Early in the morning we start our trip to the north part of Ecuador, in order to visit one of the most exceptional Indian tribes in South America: The Otavalo Indians. On the way we will visit small villages in order to see the daily activities of the people who live in those towns. Lunch. PM. Return to Quito and overnight.

Day 4. - Breakfast. Today we will go to the south of Quito driving through the very impressive "Avenue of the Volcanoes" in order to visit one of the most important in land National Park of Ecuador: The Cotopaxi. This will be a full day where we will contact nature and wildlife. Lunch. PM. Return to Quito for overnight.

Day 5. - Breakfast. Transfer out hotel / airport, or extension program.

MARVELLOUS ECUADOR (10 Days any time)

Day 1. - Transfer in Quito. Assistance and transportation be providing from the airport to hotel. Welcome drink. Overnight at a tourist class hotel in Quito.

Day 2. - Breakfast. Early morning we leave to the South to visit the Cotopaxi National Park where the highest active volcano of the world is located. Picnic at 15,000 ft. above the sea level. Then a visit to Latacunga city, Ambato, before arrival to Baņos, late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in a first class hotel in Baņos.

Day 3. - Breakfast. We leave Baņos to visit the southern part of the Andean region of the country in our trip to Cuenca, the third largest city of Ecuador, important for its cultural activities and handicrafts. On the way we will stop to visit the very famous Inca's Fortress INGAPIRCA RUINS. Arrive to Cuenca late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at a first class hotel in Cuenca.

Day 4. - Breakfast. On the way to Guayaquil we will cross the Andes and visit a variety of small villages such as Chordeleg and Gualaceo, very famous for their jewelry and ceramics, as we go down to sea level. At this altitude we will have the opportunity to see some of the most important banana, coffee, and sugar plantations, plus a great variety of tropical fruits. Arrive to Guayaquil Ecuador's largest city, late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at a tourist class hotel.

Day 5. - Breakfast. A pleasant trip along the Ecuadorian Coast from Guayaquil to Manta, the second largest sea port of the country, right on the Pacific Ocean. We will stop at Jipijapa and Montecristi which have their unique handicrafts such as the original so-called "Panama Hats" exported from Ecuador through Panama to the USA and the world. Arrive to Manta late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at a first class hotel.

Day 6. - Breakfast and lunch will be reserved in Manta so that passengers can enjoy a complete morning at the beaches of Manta and take a rest. After lunch we will drive to Santo Domingo de Los Colorados, home of the famous "Colorado Indian" Dinner and overnight at a first class hotel in Santo Domingo.

Day 7. - Breakfast. A visit to the Colorado Indians in the morning, then we'll start climbing the Andes and by pass Quito, we continue to the north part of the country, directly to Ibarra, visiting Otavalo on the way. Dinner and overnight at first class hotel.

Day 8. - Breakfast. A relaxing day with short distances to cover and the opportunity to visit the Cuicocha crater lake, Cotacachi village (leather goods), San Antonio de Ibarra (exclusive wood carvings). Lunch. Back to Quito for overnight.

Day 9. - Breakfast. A city panoramic tour in Quito visiting the modern and the colonial area of the Capital, where we find very important treasures of tour colonial art. Then we climb the "Panecillo" a little hill located in the middle of the city to have a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Then we will drive to the MIDDLE OF THE WORLD to visit the Monument and the Museum located right on the Equatorial Line. In this place we will have the opportunity to stand on the Northern Hemisphere and in the Southern Hemisphere at the same time right where the Equatorial Line divides the globe in two parts. After this visit we will go to a native restaurant for a typical Ecuadorian lunch. Free afternoon for shopping or relaxing and packing. In the evening "TURISAVEN" will offer a farewell dinner to all the passengers, in one of the best restaurants of the city. Overnight in Quito.

Day 10. - Breakfast. Assistance and transportation from the hotel to the airport for international flight, or extension program.
